International Recruitment

One of the difficulties that all International Schools seem to suffer from is the recruitment of quality staff, particularly from the UK.
Telephone interviews and having to take a lot of information at face value are not ideal and you can never be quite sure about the person you are employing.

• Interview staff on your behalf in the UK, providing you with recommendations, shortlists and a DVD copy of the interview to enable you to feel confident that the individual selected is right for the position and the school.
• Provide you with a list of candidates, at short notice, when schools need staff as a matter of urgency.
