Job description:
Our client, one of the leading international Schools in Cairo, have an exciting opportunity for a creative and hardworking ICT Teacher to join their fantastic team.
The new ICT teacher will be delivering the curriculum across Key Stages 2 and 3 and will be expected to take overall responsibility for all ICT issues and academic standards as well as having input into the school website. The appointed candidate will report directly to the Curriculum Manager and the Heads of each Key Stage.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- Possess or be working towards a recognised teaching qualification
- Have recent teaching experience
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have an innovative and flexible approach to your work
- Have a high level of awareness of equal opportunities; diversity and health and safety issues
- Have a good understanding of the needs of the children
- Must have a quality approach in all aspects of the curriculum
- In addition it would be beneficial if you:
- Were culturally aware and sensitive
- Creative and flexible
- Had a good sense of humour
